Urgent Alert regarding Ongoing Crucial Situation and Egregious Case of Serious Immediate Public Interest and Concern.

I happen to be a melanated Aquarian advanced metaphysics student who has logically deduced and comprehended continuous reincarnation, the intrinsic Oneness of co-existence, Cosmos, and Tree of Life, and the synergetic fountain of youth and cellular regeneration, and who comes from a commendable, successful, well-connected, and noble inter-“racial” House of hard working creative Salt of the Earth intelligentsia and evolutionary progressives. I attended the Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles, and Princeton University.

In 1990 I detected and reported conspiratorial racist anti-intellectual bullying harassment and defamation by a clique of students at UCLA. In retaliatory response Dr. Jonathan Salk, Dr. Mark DeAntonio (d.), et al the UCLA NPI falsely psych diagnosed me, manufactured an offensively weaponized defamatory fictional false cover narrative, colluded with one of the perpetrators due to a familiar conflict of interest with Dr. Salk, illegally stripped me of my rights and wrongly institutionalized me, and set me up for a subsequent ongoing extrajudicial clandestine subversive civilian psyop and vigilante domestic terrorism scapegoat sacrifice racket under the false pretense and pretext of a “duty to warn and protect”. These are criminal covert state sanctioned Lynch mob tactics.

The UCLA NPI lied to, psychologically and emotionally manipulated, deceived, and coerced my family and community circle. I was singled out, effectively disappeared and institutionalized for over a year, and since stigmatized, segregated, separated, isolated, alienated, and removed from society and the free natural flow and development of Life and coexistence itself.

I am stalked, monitored, hounded, and personally operated against by state directed bad actors operating under the official pretext of a “duty to warn and protect” disseminating and hyping weaponized smear disinformation and cultivating conspiracy, collusion, intrigue, confusion, division, and chaos. Disinformation was also spread through their own long established networks. They have sneakily manufactured and painted a villainous public image and spawned a perpetual compounding commotion. I have been physically assaulted by members of the general public, and also subjected to offensive assault, abuse, and incarceration by police.

Like an underground mob the perpetrators have been collaterally menacing, threatening, assailing, detrimentally affecting, and turning my associates (especially in the Los Angeles, West Coast, Grateful Dead/hippy, and houseless community. I have experienced houselessness). Murder has been alleged by the perpetrators.

I have long made the truth of the nightmarish matter known to both the general public and U.S. government administration to no avail as of yet. Indeed, the matter has been ignored, obstructed, and covered up by law enforcement and the Department of Justice since its beginning. I did not begin to detect and investigate the gravity of the scenario and ongoing situation until some 15 years later due to the concealment from myself of the false psych reports, false stalking accusation, and illegal arrangements by the UCLA NPI, UCPD, LAPD, and the stealthy clandestine nature of their stalking and antisocial operations. Lawyers willing to assist me have been threatened and dissuaded. Government administration officials have not appropriately responded to or addressed the matter.

The State Department has even stalked me to a foreign country where I also reside, and under the false pretenses and pretext of a “duty to warn and protect” influenced the administration of that country against me with the false defamatory disinformation and narrative thus engendering a false public image, intrigue, and danger there also. I am actually being persecuted and exploited to socially subvert and politically destabilize a foreign country and community. Similar U.S. operations have historically facilitated and accompanied invasive infiltration, sociopolitical control, coup d’etat, and the existential loss of personal freedom.

In addition, the weaponized false psych designation of psychotic paranoia schizophrenia is currently being used to obstruct treatment for a suspiciously contracted and now life threatening ongoing systemic infection. Doctors have participated and acted under an umbrella of perceived impunity. I have been subjected to sadistic torture, rapid aging, and maimed so far.

These are all fascist tactics of dark statecraft we have seen perpetrated before by the fascist psychiatric institution in Nazi Germany. Those very same fascists were imported to the U.S. through Operation Paperclip and worked with the infamous Louis Joylon West (d,) (CIA, director of the UCLA NPI and head of Psychiatry at UCLA until 1999) to develop field operational MKultra by 1954. Apparently those who historically had no issues with subjugating and using peoples bodies as chattel have none with subjugating and controlling peoples minds as puppets and tools. Evidently compromised psychopathologically corrupted and disassociated sociopathic employees of the U.S. psychiatric institution and NIMH behave and act no differently than the fascists of WW2 and racist Confederacy dominated post-WW2 Civil Human Rights era, which is ongoing as they continue to support and condone racist weaponized pseudoscience and White supremacist racist culture war, brutal racist police culture, a racist court and justice system, racist employment and economic inequality, racist criminal psychopathological governmental candidates, psychodramatic, psychochemical, and psychotechnological civilian control psyops and herd management like unto Orwell’s 1984, and bloody psychotic racist Genocide and theft both of the past and in the present, and condemned by the United Nations, International Court of Justice, International Criminal Court, and the Global Forum consensus.
