Evidently they don’t like Jesus. The perpetrators posers sneaky concealment of their offensive culture war (cultural terrorism) scheme and operations allowed for the time to surreptitiously embed, get the grapevine snowball rolling, and gradually develop their weaponized psycho-projected big lies and falsely narrated alternative reality within the public consciousness. They opportunistically meant to write and dictate an offensive psycho-dramatic self-fulfilling prophecy horror movie script conspiracy spectacle through which to neutralize myself, and to program and propagate the vicious cycle of psychopathological youth indoctrination, abuse, subjugation, and blood sacrifice on the account of because they had deemed me a socially advantaged melanated free-radical evolutionary intellectual guilty of “Thought Crime”, and beautiful mutual anointed “inter-racial” relations with their daughter ladies, which they considered rape.
They did not like my archetype. I was punished for doing what students naturally feel we are supposed to do which is to study, deduce, learn, and fundamentally comprehend the Universe and our coexistence within it, and the meaning, reason, and intention of life and experience, and to realize the conscious experience of self-realization, evolution, fruition, and transcendence together now. I was 19.
The genocidal colonial confederate IntelCom “Family” company, corporation, and enterprise that crossed a frigid ocean to get here “owns” the country, underground, atmosphere, infrastructure, industrial production, farm, store, market, school, hospital, police, court system, economic system, bank, casino, press, media, and popular sociopolitical gaslit theater and disassociated habitrail habitat apparatus of necromonger dystopia, psychopathological false projection, alternative reality, distracting psycho-dramatic psyop entertainment, mind-games, illusion, and delusion. To enable and facilitate their plot the UCLA NPI lied to, deceived, took advantage of, emotionally abused, psychologically manipulated, and coercively persuaded my family and community into an oblivious ignorance of their treacherously insidious offensive scheme. They in effect attacked, handled, and used my own family and communities against me and for their subversive destructive antisocial sociopolitical scheme and agenda. Their operational attack was therefore against the Afro/melanated, Inter-”racial”, evolutionary progressive intelligentsia, and Aquarian community in general. They played us most foul and used us like pawns in chess for their offensive regressive cultural terrorism and campaign.
They directly disrupted and shattered my personal and professional life like a Santa Ana wind accelerated chaparral firenado caused by an inhospitable climate crisis caused by a criminally negligent government management administration. I was stripped of all I, my family, and ancestors had earned through blood, sweat, and tears: my standing, platform, all official and constitutional protections, credibility, reputation, relationships, networks, and happy optimistic “sweet summer child” family life and American Dream. My face and voice were effectively obscured by an ugly crudely fabricated iron mask, and I was shut in a cold, steel, flying monkey guarded tower of official state sanctioned false designation, disinformation hype dissemination, defamatory narrative, social conspiracy, alienation, isolation, segregation, violent extrajudicial handling, and unbelievable (lol) dystopia nightmare with the stroke of a psychiatrist’s pen.
Their actions plainly exhibit a continued systematic sociopathological modus of behavior and operations within the U.S. government administration, and as further evidenced by the American Psychiatric Administration’s and U.S. National Institute of Mental Health’s inability to recognize the obvious and dangerous textbook psychopathological signs, dysfunctional disassociated behaviors, soulless mentalities, ignorant nonsensical pseudoscientific racism and “biological truth”, inconsiderate harmful actions, and martially offensive, criminally negligent, apathetic, exploitative, oppressive, despotic, sociopathocratic, maniacally self-interested schemes within certain World government administration personnel parties, and societal/cultural demographics. Apparently sociopathy does not recognize itself because it makes no reflection in a mirror for some reason. In my case, corrupt U.S. government personnel have again facilitated and perpetrated a public vigilante Lynch mob and collateral pogrom cover-up conspiracy against an innocent youth and community because of institutionalized systematic systemic racism, prejudice, malice, and sociopathocracy, and the premeditated retaliatory false accusation of an affluent IntelCom associated “white” lady and clique done in clandestine collusion and familiar conflict of interest with corrupt state psychiatric personnel at the UCLA NPI, institutional racist anti-intellectual social politics and agenda, and of most crucial significance my evident perception of the recalcitrant clandestine revamped continuation of the criminal, appalling, and diabolically offensive COINTELPRO and MKPSYOPS programs apparatus within the UCLA student community persisting and continuing long after those programs were exposed in the 1970’s and about which the U.S. government administration apparently lied to, misled, and deceived us about and sweeping it under and rolling up the alarming reality and collective consciousness of it into the greasy blood stained shrug of cover-up, Senate Committees, and false statements of program endings, and then tossed into the river of time where it flowed into the dustbin of amnesia.
The MKULTRA program (1954-) conducted by the CIA involved horrifically unethical experiments on unwitting individuals and communities, including children and students. Here is a short-list of 100 universities involved in MKULTRA experimentation and involving students.
The COINTELPRO program (1956-) conducted by the FBI involved the offensive disruption and neutralization of students, faculty, and various progressive individuals and communities. COINTELPRO really does mean counter intelligence. Here is a short list of 250 universities and institutions of learning targeted by FBI COINTELPRO, and why.
The FBI infiltrated groups that they considered subversive or threatening to the oppressive status quo. For example, the FBI supported a right-wing group called the Secret Army Organization that targeted and infiltrated anti-war activists and organizations. The FBI took preemptive action to neutralize people they considered potential troublemakers. The FBI spread rumors about political figures to discredit and endanger them. For example, the FBI spread rumors that Viola Liuzzo was a Communist Party member, which contributed to her murder.
What has already been exposed in MKULTRA PSYOPS and COINTELPRO is a snaekey, rogue, offensive, criminal, forceful full-spectrum psychological control and martial terrorism operations apparatus and racket network now numbering in the tens of millions at least, a brutal clandestine secret army, legion, and thrall employed to the oppression of the naturally evolutionary people.

They have acted similarly and collaterally against my community, and especially against those who agree with me and support me. They have fomented and perpetrated stochastic terrorism, mob conspiracy, and violence through the surreptitious dissemination of official state sanctioned defamatory weaponized disinformation and psycho-dramatic civilian psyop propaganda hype both publicly and institutionally under the official pretext of psychiatry’s “duty to warn and protect”. They have obstructed my efforts to legal justice and judicial relief through police cooperation, lawyer intimidation, and judicial malfeasance. They have dishonestly and forcibly insisted upon the judicial legitimacy of their state manufactured and advertised offensive false “self-defense” narrative and extrajudicial clandestine operations whilst ignoring my testimony, investigation, and the actual facts, evidence, and proof of the matter, case, complaint, and lawsuit. Every Executive Oval Office administration since the matter’s beginning has let the matter slide unrecognized despite knowledge of it. I personally informed Clinton, Obama, Biden, and Harris. The press and media has also ignored me. The silence is deafening. Like surely most certainly someone somewhere can utilize this intel in an effective, and bloody snowball mitigating and neutralizing way? A state official, politician, or respected professional perhaps? Or a group of people with knowledge of or witness to the matter?
Like hardly anybody has seemed to really care about it like they are happily hypnotized and hustling playing sociopolitical blood sacrifice scapegoat pogrom musical chairs duck-duck-goose, or something. It is most worrisome, and eerily creepy like a psychological horror movie.
Their maniacal fanatical adherence to big lies and hyping false narrative exhibit their insane schemes against the progressive sane peaceful unified peoples of Earth and the Elsewhere Beyond. Now consider the dark frightening immediate dire implications of the fictional weaponized Biblical Judeo-”Christian” social psyop narrative perpetrated by self-proclaimed “Christians”, and whom the Regents of the University of California and the U.S. government administration actually serve. Imagine a group of people telling another group of people or all of the other people inhabiting a certain region that they have no rights. So therefore evidently they care not for the lives, rights, or opinions of the innocent youth and independent Celestial borne people. Consider that the separation of church and state in the United States refers to the constitutional principle that the government must maintain a neutral stance toward religion and belief, avoiding the establishment of state-sponsored religion and refraining from interfering with individuals' religious practices, and also from interfering with our natural God/Goddess given right to experience essential existential evolutionary self-realization and extra-dimensional levels and states of reality and being, alone or together. This concept is rooted in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The First Amendment is also meant to protect the freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the right to peacefully assemble, and the right to petition the government.

Subsequently in 1954 the CIA also initiated sex based MKULTRA operations named MIDNIGHT CLIMAX using “prostitutes” and brothel trap house lab fronts in the multicultural Mission District of San Francisco. Of course employing regular “working” ladies in unpredictable and dangerous MKULTRA MKPSYOP LSD lab experimentation does sound unrealistic and a cover front for nefarious going-ons involving black leather, whips, chains, and murder. According to MIDNIGHT CLIMAX operative and security guard George Hunter White: “I was a very minor missionary, actually a heretic, but I toiled wholeheartedly in the vineyards because it was fun, fun, fun. Where else could a red-blooded American boy lie, kill, cheat, steal, rape, and pillage with the sanction and blessing of the All-Highest?” It really does sound like a sales pitch to racist sociopaths and psychopaths for employment in the U.S. IntelCom “Family” as members of a clandestine mkpsyops, espionage, and terrorism force. Evidently many have heeded the call. Apparently most are not aware of or do not care about this horribly history and its repulsive details, obvious implications, and ultimately logical bloody conclusions. One could conclude that the post WW2 U.S. government administration has made a deal with the sociopolitical demon God entity Moloch through the blood sacrifice of their own children and the American public they captivate, corral, and trap. OPERATION PAPERCLIP was a secret U.S. intelligence program that recruited over 1,600 Nazi scientists, engineers, and technicians to work in the United States after World War II to advance U.S. interests for the Cold War with Russia who defeated the Nazis. Many of these individuals contributed to advancements in aerospace and military technology. Dr. Hubertus Strunghold, a German physiologist known as the "Father of Space Medicine" was brought to the U.S. under Operation Paperclip. Strughold conducted research for the U.S. Air Force, significantly contributing to aerospace medicine. He was also working at the Lackland AFB in Texas at the same time as Dr. Louis Jolyon West. Some were involved in medical, psychiatric, and psychological research as the CIA utilized the expertise of former Nazi scientists in various programs including mind control and interrogation techniques. For instance, the CIA's Project MKULTRA was influenced by the work and participation of Kurt Blome, a former deputy health minister of the Reich and head of Nazi Germany's biological warfare program. Blome conducted experiments on prisoners in concentration camps. After the war, he was acquitted of war crimes at the Nuremberg Doctors' Trial, reportedly due to American intervention. Subsequently, he was hired by the U.S. Army Chemical Corps under Project 63, a successor to Operation Paperclip, to work on chemical warfare. Kurt Plötner was a Nazi physician who conducted human experimentation at the Dachau concentration camp, including administering hallucinogens like mescaline to prisoners. After the war, Plötner was recruited by American intelligence and continued his research. His experiments contributed to CIA project MKULTRA.
From the mid1950’s he has spawned and cultivated a subversive offensive disruptively destabilizing U.S. IntelCom directed antisocial control operations poser-masquerade front, brainwashing cult, and mob terrorism arm operating within and against the Grateful Dead and hippy community, progressive intelligentsia, progressive affluent, traveler, and houseless communities named “The Family” culled from his mental patients, addicts, locals, travelers, runaways, and street kids he zapped operating from his office at the Haight-Ashbury Free Medical Clinic, and the beautiful optimistic unwitting “Summer of Love” hippies, Grateful Dead heads, street kids, houseless, adventurous travelers, high school, college, university, and rich kids he psyched-out, tripped-out, freaked-out, flipped-out, cooked, and fixed quick like sweet succulent hot rats and bunnies in the clutches of his diabolical CIA trap-house crash-pad dungeon lab lairs located in the Haight-Ashbury, Fillmore, and Mission Districts in San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland, Los Angeles, and communes in the rural west and east coast country. In fact, one of the perpetrating “bad actresses” who with a false accusation caused a street mob attack against me at the Occupy protest in Monterey California had a suspicious appointment at the Haight-Ashbury Free Medical Clinic right before she began acting offensively against me.
It was through these operations that Dr. West spawned and cultivated the racist Manson “Family” brainwashing and terrorism cult, and its associated chapter in the Grateful Dead, hippy, and street/houseless/traveler community named “The Family”, “Grateful Dead Family”, or “GDF”. The real Grateful Dead heads, hippies, gypsies, and street kids were “thrown under the tour bus” by the shadowy vampy spooky strangely zombified creepy Scooby Doo cosplay camouflaged hijacker goons, and by the late 1990’s they had effectively ”whitewashed” the bus. I and my associated like-minded community were stalked, defamed, conspired against, separated, ambushed, and terrorized on Grateful Dead Tour and in the hippy community and street scene like a herd of hapless prey. The predator hunter wears the skin of its kill. The scene and street was also flooded with super-strong engineered psychoactive hard drugs and hallucinogens facilitating a disconnected disorientated haze, apathy, and susceptibility to brainwashing mkpsyops operations. Heroin, methamphetamine, ketamine, and state prescribed psychiatric pharmaceuticals were en vogue. Of course hip wise cool kids knew of posers, agents, and informants, and were not lightweights who could not “maintain and handle their trip”, but the clandestinely operating, martially coordinated MKULTRA MKPSYOP cult aspect of it added an extraordinarily mysterious, eerie, sinister, and slick effectiveness, hence the ULTRA code name designation.
Like one really does need to intentionally and objectively listen to the natural cosmic self-explanatory fountain of the Universe and learn, study, meditate, focus, exercise, reflect, discipline, and cultivate one’s mind and soul’s inherent and intrinsic natural mystic cosmic ability to defend against electromagnetic psionics, or powerful psychic attack, sucker punch, and bum rush, or to experience and traverse mystic, extra-energetic, and holographic extra-dimensional realities.
In 1973 he attempted to establish a secure subterranean stand-alone neuropsychiatric operations facility at a decommissioned Nike missile base in the nearby Santa Monica Mountains camouflaged as a “Behavioral Health Rehabilitation” center named The Center for the Study and Reduction of Violence at the UCLA NPI for the handling of minority and “white” youth, veterans, penal prisoners, the houseless, the obsolete and discarded, elderly, and mental health patients for sociopathological psychological alteration. All UCLA psychiatrists had to do was declare someone schizophrenic or afflicted by some other conveniently manufactured contrived ignorant b.s. complex, syndrome, phoria, or ism, or slap on a fictional defamatory narrative, or apply their invented racist behavioral pseudo-neurochemistry b.s., or deem out of control and dangerous to the general public, in order to subject them to extraordinarily cruel and clandestine extrajudicial handling, abuse, experimentation, metamorphosis, trauma, and exploitation.
They have purposefully sowed disruption, disorientation, sociopathy, psychopathy, abuse, trauma, disassociation, and psychological inversion into targets and communities as destructive mechanisms of control. Methodically, strategically, tactically, operationally, incessantly, insensately, tragically, and effectively they have been handling, brainwashing, psychologically captivating, altering, mutating, metamorphosizing, manipulating, and exploiting people, and of significant note less-melanated “white” ladies in the Grateful Dead, hippy, houseless, and affluent progressive communities whom they deem “inter-racial”, and including their own daughters, and sons, for purposes of psycho-captivated breeding, forced eugenics, espionage, sabotage, civilian psyops and handling, and sociopolitical terrorism (Think Stepford Wives, Handmaid’s Tale, Saga of the Renunciates, Hannah, Manchurian Candidate, Get Out!, 1984, The Witch Trials of Massachusetts and Virginia, Utopia, Roots, Mandingo, Antebellum, 12 Years a Slave, Dune, The Matrix). They have equated “race” with nation, and used that as their excuse to forcibly “fix” those whom reject their cultural indoctrination.
The Patty Hearst case is an example of such operations. During Hearst's 1976 trial, Dr. West was appointed by the court in his capacity as a brainwashing expert and worked without fee. Believing that Hearst displayed all the classic signs of coercion, brainwashing, and the Stockholm syndrome effect, West wrote a newspaper article after the trial, asking President Carter to release Hearst from prison. Some weeks after her arrest, Hearst repudiated her Symbionese Liberation Army allegiance.
He was also apparently probably involved in the Jim Jones Peoples Temple of the Disciples of Christ massacre which occurred on November 18, 1978 in the jungle settlement of Jonestown, Guyana. The temple was based in the Fillmore District of San Francisco in what was previously and originally a Masonic temple. According to sources, nearly half of the victims of the Jonestown massacre were African American women. Filmmaker Stanley Nelson estimates that around 80% of the people who joined the Peoples Temple were African American. The settlement was named after the church's white founder, Reverend Jim Jones. The massacre was the result of a night of terror and siege called the "White Night". More than 400 unclaimed bodies of the Jonestown massacre are buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Oakland, California, with plaques honoring the names of all 918 people who perished.
